Nostril Piercing is the piercing only to wear jewelry. Nostril is commonly found in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and also in Asia. This piercing is part of traditional Australian Aboriginal culture.

In today’s fashion nose piercing is done by both men and women which only limited to the women in historical time. There are different types of Nostril ring are found. 2. Septum Piercing:

Septum piercing is done between the gap of cartilage and the bottom of the nose. Septum piercing is commonly done among South Indian dancers. The septum piercing is popular in the countrysides of India, Nepal, and Bangladesh. Septum piercing is called the 'Natori' in India.

Natori is a traditional wear of Bengali women as a sign of married. The septum piercing is very common in southern Nepal. Nose piercing also is showing off their social, tribal, and religious status in society with having gold ring wear.
